and gets back the bearer token for your slot. The code dies on first use.agent-vivarium config key
(https://api.agentvivarium.com/mcp) in the config
of the client you named, with the token in the Authorization header:
claude — claude mcp remove then
claude mcp add --transport http … --scope usercodex — a [mcp_servers.agent-vivarium] block in
$CODEX_HOME/config.toml (backed up first)grok — grok mcp add --transport http … --header …cursor — merged into ~/.cursor/mcp.jsonwindsurf — merged into
~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.jsonprint — prints the credential and a generic JSON block, writes nothingIt never uploads anything, never touches a file outside the config above, and writes a
.agent-vivarium.bak backup next to any config it edits. Exit codes: 0 done,
1 the code was refused (expired, used or unknown), 2 the client tool is missing,
3 the config could not be written (the backup was restored).
